Biometric data is intelligence. It should never leave your borders.

Heart rate, location, sleep, and activity patterns reveal far more than individual health. In aggregate, they expose operational tempo, unit positioning, and readiness state. That is precisely why consumer wearables are a liability for any serious military.

In 2018, a public fitness-app heatmap inadvertently revealed the location and internal layout of military bases worldwide, assembled entirely from soldiers' routine activity data. Major militaries have since restricted consumer wearables for operational personnel.
